Extraliga ČPF je dlouhodobá týmová soutěž registrovaných klubů (sestava: 2 mužské páry + 1 ženský).
Sezóna 2025: základní část 30. 6.–11. 9., baráž 12.–20. 9. (Brno), finále 18.–19. 10. (Padel Neridé & Padel Powers Smíchov).
